Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the services, website and digital assets provided by Seed Saint Creative Integrations (S²Ci Inc) ("Seed Saint," "I," "me," or "my"). By paying for a service, signing a project agreement, or using this website, you ("Client" or "you") agree to these Terms. If you sign a separate written agreement, that agreement controls where it differs from these Terms.

1. Scope of services

I provide web design, digital branding, landing page development, operational and analytics integrations, and digital strategy for micro-businesses, solopreneurs and local service providers. Work is done for you, as described in your quote, invoice or agreement. My offers are:

• Digital Presence Kickstart. A fixed-scope, fixed-price project delivered in a 14-day target window.
• Growth Build. A fixed-scope, fixed-price multi-page website with one connected workflow, quoted in writing between $2,900 and $4,900.
• Complete System. A fixed-scope website with several integrations, an operational and analytics dashboard, and a strategy plan, scoped on a discovery call and quoted in writing from $6,000.
• Care Plan. A monthly plan for ongoing technical support after launch.
• Integrations and Strategy. Custom work scoped and quoted in writing after a discovery call.

2. Pricing and payment

• Kickstart. $1,499, a fixed price unless agreed otherwise in writing. A 50% deposit is due to reserve your start date and begin work. The remaining 50% is due at handover, and final launch or transfer of the finished work happens once the balance is paid.
• Care Plan. $197 per month, billed automatically as stated in your written agreement. It includes cloud hosting and SSL, uptime monitoring, core updates, lead routing, and up to 1 hour per month of small text and image edits. Work beyond that is quoted separately.
• Growth Build. Quoted between $2,900 and $4,900 depending on the number of pages and the connected workflow. The exact price is stated in your written quote before work begins. A 50% deposit is due to begin work and the remaining 50% is due at handover.
• Complete System. Starts at $6,000. The exact price is stated in your written quote. A 50% deposit is due to begin work and the remaining 50% is due at handover, unless your quote sets a milestone schedule for a larger project.
• Custom work. Standalone integration or strategy work has its price, deposit and payment milestones stated in your written quote.
• Third-party costs. You are responsible for third-party fees such as domain registration, software subscriptions and messaging or API charges needed to run your systems, unless I state otherwise in writing.

3. Timelines and your responsibilities

• Target delivery. The Kickstart's 14-day target, and the timeline stated in your quote for a Growth Build or Complete System, starts when I have received your deposit, your signed agreement if one is used, and all the assets I need, such as logos, copy and account access.
• Your part. Timely delivery depends on you providing brand assets, content, access and feedback promptly. Delays on your side pause the timeline.
• Handover. When the work is complete, I deliver the finished system with a walkthrough, as a recording or a live call, explaining how to operate and manage it.

4. Care Plan term and cancellation

The Care Plan has an initial minimum term of 3 months. After that it continues month to month, and either of us may cancel with 30 days’ written notice.

5. Refunds and revisions

• Before work begins. You may request a full refund of your deposit within 24 hours of paying it, as long as I have not started work.
• After work begins. Once work has started, or deliverables have been handed over, payments already made are non-refundable.
• Revision period. After handover, I will fix technical bugs and make minor configuration adjustments directly related to the original scope at no extra charge. The period is 7 days for the Kickstart, 14 days for the Growth Build and 30 days for the Complete System. New features or changes beyond the original scope are quoted separately.

6. Ownership and intellectual property

• Your deliverables. Once you have paid in full, you own the finished deliverables, such as the website, deployed forms, templates and account setups.
• My tools. I keep all rights to my pre-existing frameworks, workflow logic, code snippets and design processes used to build your work.
• Portfolio. Unless you tell me otherwise in writing, I may show completed designs, screenshots and non-confidential project highlights in my portfolio and marketing.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

• As is. Services are provided "as is" and "as available." I do not promise that systems will run uninterrupted, be error-free, or stay compatible with future changes to third-party software outside my control.
• No result guarantees. My systems are built for performance, but I do not guarantee any specific revenue, sales volume, search ranking or lead conversion rate.
• Limit of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, my total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or my services is limited to the amount you paid me for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

8. Termination

I may suspend or end services immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in abusive or unlawful conduct, or fail to provide required access, assets or approvals.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any legal action under these Terms must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Atlanta, Georgia.
