Seed Saint Creative Integrations (S²Ci Inc) ("Seed Saint," "I," "me," or "my") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with me. This policy explains what I collect, how I use it, and the choices you have when you visit this website, contact me, or become a client.
By using this website or my services, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information I collect
- Information you send me. When you use the contact form, I collect your name, email address, business name, website address, the type of request you select (discovery call, message or free audit), and your message.
- Client information. If you become a client, I may also collect your business details, phone number, billing address, brand assets and copy. Payment card details are handled by third-party payment processors. I do not store card numbers.
- Temporary access to your tools. To build integrations or provide Care Plan support, you may give me administrative access to tools such as your domain registrar, website host, email platform, CRM or form tools.
- Technical data. This website is hosted by a third-party provider, which may keep standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, device information and pages requested. The site does not currently run analytics or advertising trackers and does not set cookies of its own. If that changes, I will update this policy.
2. How I use your information
- To reply to your inquiry, schedule a discovery call, or send a free audit.
- To deliver services: the Digital Presence Kickstart, the Growth Build, the Complete System, integrations, strategy work and the Care Plan.
- To invoice you and process payments.
- To send project updates, confirmations and administrative notices.
- To improve my services and fix technical issues.
- To send occasional updates or offers. You can opt out at any time.
3. Third-party services and your lead data
My work connects third-party platforms. The contact form and the client discovery form on this website send your answers to a Google account that I control: they arrive as an email, a row in a Google Sheet and, for the discovery form, a Google Doc stored in my Google Drive, so I can respond and keep a record. Other tools I set up for you, such as payment, scheduling, CRM or messaging services, have their own privacy policies, and I am not responsible for their practices.
Your customers' data is yours. I build systems that let you capture leads from your own customers. I do not sell, rent or monetize lead data captured through systems I build for your business. You remain the owner of your client and lead databases.
4. How I share information
I do not sell, trade or rent your personal information. I share it only with:
- Service providers that help me run my business, such as hosting, email, payment processing and scheduling, under appropriate confidentiality terms.
- Legal authorities when required by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Seed Saint, my clients or the public.
- A successor if the business is merged, acquired or sold, in which case information may transfer as a business asset.
5. Data security and access credentials
I use reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect your information and any login credentials from unauthorized access, loss or misuse. Access you give me is limited to me and any contractor I authorize in writing, and it is used only for your project or Care Plan. I revoke or delete temporary access when your project ends, when your Care Plan ends, or when you ask.
6. Cookies
This website does not set cookies of its own at this time. Third-party tools that you ask me to install on your own website may use cookies, and those are governed by the providers' policies. You can set your browser to refuse or alert you about cookies.
7. How long I keep information
I keep inquiry and project records for as long as needed to provide services, resolve disputes, and meet legal and tax obligations, then delete or anonymize them.
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access, update or correct your personal information.
- Ask me to delete your personal data.
- Opt out of marketing messages by using the unsubscribe link or by emailing me.
